Challenges

01To Navigate Taiwan's Regulation on Online Alcohol Sales: One of our biggest challenges was figuring out how to comply with Taiwan's strict rules against selling alcohol online. We had to make sure our site followed all regulations while still keeping the shopping experience smooth and user-friendly.
02 To Create a Custom Beer Pack Tool: We needed to develop a cool tool that let customers mix and match their own beer packs from what we have in stock. This required us to get creative with design and make sure the tool was easy and fun to use.
03 To Differentiate Product Variations and Pricing Patterns: We faced the challenge of clearly distinguishing the variations and pricing patterns between our own products and those from third-party suppliers.

Solutions

01We revamped our in-house e-commerce checkout system to prevent direct online payments, allowing visitors to only confirm their orders and receive payment instructions via email. We also request the last three digits of their bank account to easily identify incoming payments.
